The Process
AGREE RENTAL TERMS
The rental term and monthly rent will be determined in mutual agreement with the landlord.
SIGN CONTRACT

Our team evaluates and coordinates light refurbishments as needed. For unfurnished properties, we also source stylish, complementary furniture.

We take care of all necessary maintenance and promptly address any tenant concerns

Manage all tenant inquiries and address any questions or concerns.
Pay rent on time each month for 3 - 5 years
Pay all utility and council tax bills
Take care of any minor repairs to the property
Carry out regular checks to ensure property is well maintained
Provide routine cleaning services to ensure that standards are consistently met and maintained.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure the property's key features, such as the exterior, structure, roof, and the functionality of the boiler and electrics, are well-maintained.
Ensure that the appropriate corporate letting insurance is secured for the building's use.
Continue to manage your mortgage if you have one in effect.
Ensure that the necessary safety and environmental certificates, including gas safety, electrical safety, and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), are in order.
